真菌感染对胃溃疡患者胃粘膜上皮细胞增殖与凋亡的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探讨真菌感染对胃溃疡患者胃粘膜细胞增殖与凋亡的影响。方法 :采用脱氧核糖核酸末端转移酶介导的d UTP缺口末端标记 (TU NEL )技术、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA )免疫组化染色观察了胃溃疡并真菌感染阳性和真菌感染阴性患者 ,及正常对照组胃粘膜细胞凋亡与增殖情况。结果 :胃溃疡患者真菌阳性组和阴性组与正常对照组对比 ,细胞凋亡指数 (AI) ,增殖指数 (PI) ,AI/ PI均显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而真菌阳性组 AI,PI,AI/ PI又显著高于阴性组 (P <0 .0 1及P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :真菌感染能引起胃溃疡患者胃粘膜上皮细胞过度凋亡与增殖 ,并且凋亡的速度大于增殖的速度 ,最终形成或加大溃疡 ,并可能会增加其癌变的易感性。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of fungus infection on the gastric epithelial cell proliferation and apotosis in gastric ulcer patients.Methods:Using terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated nick end labelling(TUNEL) technique and PCNA immunohistochemical staining,the apoptotic cells and proliferating cells in situ in gastric ulcer patients with fungus infection and in the control groups were observed.Results:The apoptotic indexes(AI),proliferation indexes(PI) and the ratio of AI/PI in gastric ulcer patients were significantly higher than those in normal mucosa(P<0.01),and these indexes in the fungus positive group of gastric ulcer patients were again significantly higher than these in the fungus netgetive group(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05).Conclusion:Fungus infection causes increased gastric epithelial apoptosis and proliferation in gastric ulcer patients,and the speed of apoptosis is far above the speed of proliferation.By this way it may form and large ulcer,and increase the cancerous susceptibility in gastric ulcer patients.
