【摘要】 目的 :探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者血清乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、血清肌酸激酶 (CK)活性变化与康复治疗的关系。方法 :用酶动力法对 13例腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗前及治疗 2周后的血清LDH、CK活性进行测定。结果 :患者血清LDH活性于治疗后降低 ,治疗前 (2 2 9 77± 110 36U L)、后 (173 5 4± 4 7 5 8U L)比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;血清CK活性于治疗后升高 ,治疗前 (10 9 6 3± 6 5 12U L)、后 (12 5 13± 87 90U L)比较未见显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗后的血清LDH活性变化 ,可考虑作为判断患者疗效的参考指标之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between the serum lactic acid dehydrogenase(LDH),serum creatine kinase(CK),and the rehabilitating treatment on patients with lumbar disc herniation Methods:Using the enzyme dynamic assay,the activity of serum LDH and CK before and after rehabilitating treatment for 2 weeks in 13 patients were measured Results:Compared with patients before treatment (229 77±110 36U/L), the serum activities of LDH in patients treated for 2 weeks(173 54±47 58U/L) decreased significantly(P<0 05) Meanwhile,the activities of serum CK did not obviously change(P>0 05) before treatment(109 63±65 12U/L) and after treatment(125 13±87 90U/L) Conclusion:It is suggested the change of serum LDH after rehabilitating treatment may be one of parameter to predicting the effect of treatment on the patients with lumbar disc herniation更多还原
