【摘要】 目的 :了解位于西南山区的贵阳市学龄儿童感觉统合失调发生情况、分布特点和影响因素。方法 :用感觉统合能力发展评定量表与Rutter儿童行为问题家长问卷 ,抽样调查贵阳市 5所小学 10 30名儿童。结果 :10 30名 6～ 12岁儿童的轻度感觉统合失调率为 2 4 37% ,重度感觉统合失调率为 8 93% ,总感觉统合失调率为2 7 18%。男童和女童感觉统合失调率分别为 30 5 5 %和 2 3 33% (χ2 =3 87,P <0 0 5 ) ,男童明显高于女童。有行为问题儿童感觉统合失调率为 73 5 2 % ,无行为问题儿童感觉统合失调率为 2 2 4 4 % ,两者比较有高度显著性差异 (χ2 =84 75 ,P <0 0 1)。感觉统合失调发生率有随年龄增长而逐步下降的倾向。结论 :贵阳市 6～ 12岁儿童感觉统合失调率在国内外报道中属于中等偏低水平 ,感觉统合失调与儿童性别、年龄、儿童行为问题密切相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to understand the occurrance, distribution characteristics and affecting factors of sensory integrative dysfunction (SID) among children of 6～12 in Guiyang city in the mountain area, southwest of China. Methods:A sensory intergrative evaluating form and a Rutter parent questionnaire about child behaviour problem were used to make a survey on 1030 pupils at 5 elemental schools in Guiyang city. Results: The rates of mild and severe SID were 24 3%, 8 93% respectively among 1030 children The total SID rate of boy was 30 55%, and that of girl was 23 33% The former was obviously higher than the latter (χ 2=3 87, P<0 05). The SID rate of children with behaviour problem was 73 52%, and that of children without behaviour problem was 22 44%. The difference was significant (χ 2=84 75, P<0 01). The SID incidence has a decrease tendency with the age increase. Conclusion: The SID incidence in Guiyang school children belongs to low or middle degree levels comparing with other domestic reports and reports from abroad. The SID incidence is closely related with child sex ,age and behaviour.更多还原
