【摘要】 目的 :评价经腹B超 (TAUS)、经直肠腔内超声 (TRUS)、CT及MRI对前列腺体积 (Vpros)测量的精确性。方法 :对 15个前列腺模型进行CT扫描 ,测量其体积 ;对 6 2例前列腺疾病患者 ,行TAUS ,TRUS ,CT ,MRI检查并测量Vpros。 结果 :前列腺模型体积的CT测值与实际测值差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,两者有高度相关性 (γ =0 9998,P <0 0 0 1) ;使用不同影像学方法测量Vpros数据提示 ,TRUS与TAUS有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,而与CT及MRI无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :TRUS检查费用低 ,能较准确测量Vpros ,可作为前列腺疾病的首选影像学检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the measurement accuracy of prostate volume by transabdominal ultrasound (TAUS),transrectal ultrasound(TRUS),CT and MRI. Methods:The actual volumes of 15 artificial prostate models were determined by measuring the volumes of water displaced by models and estimated with the volume calculating function of CT.The prostate volumes of 62 patients,aged 40 to 69 years (mean age 57 5 years),suffering from prostate disease were estimated by TAUS,TRUS,CT and MRI. Results:A good correlation( γ =0 999 8)between the actual volume and the calculation of CT volume was observed and there was no difference(P>0 05).Significant differences occcurred between TRUS and TAUS(P<0 05),CT and MRI(P>0 05).Conclusion:TRUS is cheap,convenient,and relatively accurate.It can be the first selection of radiological methods for checking of prostate diseases.更多还原
