【摘要】 目的 :探讨上皮钙粘素 (E cadherin ,E CD)在慢性胃炎、胃粘膜异型增生及胃癌组织中的表达及与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学SP法研究 2 0例慢性胃炎、2 0例胃粘膜异型增生及 5 0例胃癌组织中E CD的表达。结果 :慢性胃炎、胃粘膜异型增生及胃癌的阳性表达率分别为 95 .0 % (19/2 0例 )、85 .0 % (17/2 0例 )、4 2 .0 % (2 1/5 0例 )。慢性胃炎及胃粘膜异型增生组的阳性表达率显著高于胃癌组 (P <0 .0 1) ,同时E CD在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度及临床分期等有相关关系 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :E CD参与了肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润及转移更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of E cadherin(E CD) in chronic gastritis(CG), dysplasia(Dys), gastric cancer(GC) and the relationship of E CD expression and significance in GC. Methods: Using immunohistochemistry of SP, we studied the expression of E CD in 20 cases of CG, 20 cases of Dys and 50 cases of GC. Results: The positive rates in CG, Dys ,GC were 95.0%, 85.0%, 42.0%, respectively. The positive rates in CG, Dys were higher than that in GC(P<0.05,P<0.01), and the expression of E CD in GC related to its differentiation, lymph node metastasis, depth of invasion and clinical stage(P<0.01). Conclusion: E CD is involved in the genesis, development, invasion and metastasis of the tumor.更多还原
