【摘要】 人口迁移是环境、文化、经济、社会、政治等多种因素共同作用的人类行为。[1] 人口迁移产生了政治效应、经济效应和社会效应。[2 ] 在这些效应中包含人口素质的变化 ,即本文提出的“人口素质效应”概念 ,并在此基础上 ,分析西部大开发所带来的人口迁移及其素质效应的必然性 ,总结了人口素质的正面效应与负面效应 ,提出应充分认识西部大开发带来的前所未有的人口素质效应 ,以便趋利避害更多还原

【Abstract】 People’s migration is a human act caused by many factors such as environment, culture, economy society and politics. This phenomenon results in political, economic and social effects including the changes of population quality. This essay analyses the inevitability of effect of people’s migration and population quality, brought about by the development of western areas, summarizes the positive and negative effect and puts forward the advice of fully understanding the unexpected effect of population quality so as to make use of its advantages.更多还原
