炼油废水生化处理中二沉池改造中试工艺新探
New pilot process of bio-chemical treatment in refinery wastewater by secondary semidentation tank reform
【摘要】 针对某炼油厂废水生化处理系统不能回流脱氮 ,及出水水质不稳的缺陷 ,用膜法H -O(水解酸化 -好氧 )工艺改进原流程 ,并对二沉池加以改造 ,使之成为淹没式生物滤池 ,以H -O -R中试工艺运行。结果表明 ,出水水质均达到国家和DB4 4 / 5 6— 1992排放标准
【Abstract】 A new pilot process of wastewater treatment by using membrane method H-O scheme (hydrolysis acidification-aerobic)has been carried out. Its main point is to improve the biological treatment system for the refinery wastewater which could not be denitrificated by the recirculated sludge,and the water quality of the effluent is unsteady. The new operational mode runs in H-O-R process by changing the secondary semidentation to submerged biosemidentation. The results show that the water quality of the effluent can meet the requirements of the national and local water dischange standards such as DB44/56-1992.
