油田采油污水的CODCr构成分析

【摘要】 实验研究了某油田联合站稠油采出水的CODCr构成 ,初步探明了CODCr难以处理的原因 ,并提出了降低CODCr的对策。结果表明 ,该联合站污水CODCr主要由油和水中残留的各种化学药剂构成 ,对于新鲜污水 ,二者对CODCr的贡献分别为 6 0 .7%和 39.3% ;油对CODCr的贡献可采用方程CODCr=4 .3912X +0 .6 171(X为油含量 ,mg/L)来定量表征 ;污水中残留的在采油作业或地面作业时使用的各种化学药剂是其CODCr难以达标的主要原因。药剂的生化降解性能或水处理剂对污水中残留药剂的选择去除效果是影响CODCr处理结果的重要原因

【Abstract】 The COD Cr composition of heavy oil effluent has been studied,and the reason of the hardness of its treatment has been discussed. A novel method of COD Cr treatment is given. The results show that the COD Cr of heavy oil effluent is composed of organic chemical agents which are left from oil and water. For fresh effluent the COD Cr percentages of oil and chemical additives are 60.7% and 39.3% respectively. The equation,COD Cr =4.391 2 X + 0.617 1 ,can express the oil content contribution to COD Cr . The main reason of the hardness of COD Cr treatment exists in the disposal difficulty of chemical additives in the effluent. The selective flocculation effect of the biodegradation by the complex flocculant is proved to be feasible
