多元离子聚合硫酸铝生产方法
Production process of polyaluminum sulfate containing polybasic ions
【摘要】 以硫酸铝为原料制备含多元离子的聚合硫酸铝 ,对其混凝特性进行了实验研究 ,考察了它的最佳混凝性能和稳定性条件 ,并就实验结果进行了性能对比。指出 ,制备多元离子聚合硫酸铝MPAS时 ,Al2 O3 质量分数控制在 8.0 %~ 8.5 %为宜。结果表明 ,多元离子聚合硫酸铝比硫酸铝和传统的聚合硫酸铝具有更好的化学稳定性和混凝除浊性能
【Abstract】 A new kind of inorganic polymer water clarifying agent polyaluminum sulfate containing polybasic ions (MPAS) and its production process are introduced. The flocculating characteristics of MPAS are detected, and the conditions are investigated experimentally in order that MPAS possesses the best flocculating performance and chemical stability. The final experimental results show that MPAS is superior to the traditional water clarifying agent polyaluminum sulfate and aluminum sulfate in flocculating performance and chemical stability.
