【摘要】 某基础埋置深度较大的 6层住宅楼因不均匀沉降而发生扭曲变形 ,向南倾斜 9 5 3‰ ,属于危险房屋。针对该建筑物的具体情况 ,采用了沉井冲水排土纠偏与锚杆静压桩加固地基 ,并辅以开沟槽释放应力等综合治理方法 ,经过近 4个月的施工 ,取得了预期的加固纠偏效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 A six\|storied building was inclined for the uneven settlement of ground base and the raft foundation was torsionally deformed.The inclination leaning towards the south was 9\^53‰ and the building was belonging to a dangerous one.The building′s base was reinforced with static bolt\|pressing piles and the inclination was rectified with silt removal by water jetting in a sunk well and excavating grooves around the building.After nearly 4\|month′s hard work,the project gained favorable effects.更多还原
