基于知识管理的ERP扩展与实施分析

【摘要】 从知识管理角度分析了企业在实施ERP中存在的知识缺口问题,提出将知识管理引入ERP中,以扩展ERP的集成范围,同时还提出了ERP系统中知识管理的基本功能,最后探讨了企业开展基于知识管理的ERP的具体实施对策。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the problem of knowledge gaps(KG) in ERP. It also proposes how to combine knowledge management (KM) and ERP and to extend the scope of ERP. The basic functions of KM-based ERP system are presented. Finally, the specific implementation measures of KM-based ERP are discussed.
