【Abstract】 Integrated product team is an oranizational guarantee of implementing integrated product development. In this paper, the content and features of IPT are expatiated, a systematic model of designing IPT is proposed, and this model is described in detail from four aspects including the ideological basis of team design, the principle of team building, the content of management and the operational tool of team. Finally, an example is presented to illustrate the application of IPT in an enterprise.更多还原
