【Abstract】 Compared with traditional performance measurement, supply chain performance measurement focuses on the future development of the organization and emphasizes on the prior feedback. The measurement of the performance of the external value added chain becomes much important. Based on the Balanced Scorecard, the paper proposes Balanced Supply Chain Scorecard (BSC SC) to analyze the supply chain performance from four aspects including customer, SC internal process, future development and financial value, and gives relevant indexes.更多还原
