永磁操动机构磁场数值计算和结构分析
NUMERICAL CALCULATION OF MAGNETIC FIELD AND STRUCTURE ANALYSIS FOR PERMANENT MAGNETIC ACTUATOR
【摘要】 提出 3种永磁操动机构的结构 ,并采用有限元法对其进行了磁场数值计算。通过分析计算结果 ,对 3种永磁操动机构的结构进行了比较。此外 ,还计算了永磁操动机构的动态特性 ,通过计算结果与实验结果的对比分析表明 ,用直接耦合法计算瞬态电磁场可以满足工程设计的要求
【Abstract】 Three kinds of structure of permanent magnetic actuator (PMA) are presented in this paper and the finite element method(FEM)is adopted to calculate the magnetic field. The calculation results are analyzed and the PMA configurations are compared. Besides, the PMA dynamic behavior is simulated. It is proved that the results with direct coupled method may meet the requirement of engineering design.
