【Abstract】 The paper applied the vertical slab gel electrophoresis method to study the genetic diversity of Cephalotaxus mannii populations. The following results were drawn: Cephalotaxus mannii maintained relatively low level of genetic diversity with p=0 33, A=1 33, He=0 135 and Ho=0 139. The relative richness of its genetic diversity made Mt.Limu become the centre of protection and scientific research.更多还原
