论罗马法对中国法治国家建设的启示
<title>On the Revelation Value of Roman Law to the Construction of Chinese Nomocracy
【摘要】 从法律经济学的观点出发,通过对优士丁尼罗马法的特点及其产生条件的分析,说明了法律制度建设与诸种社会政治条件内在的、本质的联系,并在此基础上讨论罗马法的制订和实施经验对中国法治国家建设的若干启示。
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>This article deals with the innate relationship between the legal systems and social-political conditions by means of the analysis of the Roman Law features and discusses the revelation value of the Roman Law to the construction of Chinese nomocracy.
