【摘要】 目的探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)测定对恶性肿瘤的诊断及疗效监测的应用价值。方法采用TSGF快速诊断试剂盒 ,对30例正常人 ,36例良性肿瘤患者 ,17例急性炎症及136例恶性肿瘤患者治疗前和部分患者治疗后血清TSGF含量进行测定、比较。结果恶性肿瘤患者血清中TSGF含量明显增高 ,且治疗后含量和阳性率都明显下降 ,对恶性肿瘤的敏感性为82.35 %、特异性为96.67%。结论TSGF的测定有利于恶性肿瘤的筛查诊断、疗效观察更多还原

【Abstract】 Objictive To prove the practical value of tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) determination in diagnosis and curative effect supervising for malignant tumor.Methods Adopting the fast diagnostic kit of TSGF,serum levels of TSGF were measured in 30 heathy controls,36 cases with benign tumor,17 cases with acute inflammation and 136 cases with malignant tumor.Results serum levels of TSGF in the groups of malignant tumors increased.serum levels of TSGF decreased after treatment.The sensitivity and the specificity were 82.35% and 96%respectively.Conclusion The determination of serum TSGF is especially helpful in diagnosis of malignant tumors.It is beneficial to the supervision of curative effects.更多还原
