【摘要】 目的 :探讨前列腺电汽化术中、术后有无水吸收、水中毒及术前、术中、术后患者血液流变学的变化趋势和特点。方法 :对 2 8例前列腺电汽化术患者术前、术中、术后的血液流变学指标进行检测。结果 :术中、术后患者的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切还原黏度、全血低切还原黏度、体外血栓干重、体外血栓长度及红细胞聚集指数与术前比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1) ;术中血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞刚性指数与术前术后比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1) ;而血小板黏附率术前、术中、术后比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1)。结论 :术中存在一定量的水吸收 ,术中是否使用脱水剂应根据病人情况而定 ,术中、术后患者凝血机能下降 ,使用止血药对减少创面出血有预防作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study operative, postoperative patient of TUVP with or without water absorption and intoxication, and those of TUVP with changing tendency and features of hemorehelogy Method: To detect and investigate blood hemorehelogy marker in 28 preoperative,operative and postoperative patient of TUVP Result: There is difference in comparing the whole viscosity at 1/s,the whole viscosity at 150/s, whole blood reduction viscosity under high shear rates,whole blood reduction viscosity under low shear rates, the dry weight of thrombus in vitro, the length of thrombus in vitro, RBC aggregation index between operative, postoperative and preoperative patient, and significant difference in comparing plasma viscosity, hematocrit, TK value between operative and preoperative, postoperative patient, in comparing platelet adherence rate among preoperative,operative and postoperative patients Conclusion: There is some water absorption during the operation Whether dehydrant is used or not during the operation depends on patients’ condition The blood coagulation function of operative and postoperative patient decreases It can prevent the decrease of the traumatic surface bleeding by using hemostatic drug更多还原
