【摘要】 目的 :临床观察新型国产减肥药西布曲明改善胰岛素敏感性的作用。方法 :采用双盲随机对照试验 ,将 4 5例单纯性肥胖病人分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组给西布曲明 10 m g,每天 1次 ,疗程 8周。对照组给安慰剂治疗。结果 :1西布曲明治疗 8周后 ,体重、腰臀围较对照组明显减少 ;2伴随体重和腰围的减少 ,治疗组的空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数较对照组明显减少 ,但空腹血糖水平无明显变化 ;3西布曲明副反应轻微 ,所有受试者均能耐受。疗程中未观察到肝肾功能损害及明显心血管系统的反应。结论 :西布曲明能有效地减低患者的体重、降低空腹血浆胰岛素水平 ,改善外周组织对胰岛素的敏感性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study effect of sibutramine on improving insulin sensitivity after decreasing body weight Method: Double blind,random control test, 45 simple obesity patients were divided into two groups: treat and control groups Patients in the treatment group were given sibutramine 10 mg orally per day Results: ①Comparing with control group, patients using sibutramine for 8 weeks demonstrated more obvious body weight and waistline decreases; ②Along with body weight and waistline decreases,patients in the treat group demonstrated notable decreases in fasting plasma insulin level and insulin resistance index, but had no changes in fasting plasma glucose level; ③Patients using sibutramine had few side effects and no liver and kidney function impairments were observed Conclusion: Sibutramine can decrease body weight ? waistline significantly, and reduce fasting plasma insulin level, improve insulin sensitivity The side effects of sibutramine are light and can be endured easily更多还原
