【摘要】 目的 :探讨围术期急性等容血液稀释自身输血对恶性肿瘤病人红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 :12 0例恶性肿瘤病人 ,分为急性等容血液稀释组 ( 组 ) ,对照组 ( 组 )。分别于麻醉前 ,麻醉后 ,术中 ,术后 2 4 ,4 8,72 h,抽取静脉血测定 C3b受体花环率 (C3b RR) ,红细胞免疫复合物 (ICR) ,红细胞免疫促进因子 (FER) ,红细胞免疫抑制因子 (.FIR)。结果 :两组病人在麻醉后红细胞的免疫功能受到抑制 ,血液稀释组在术后 2 4 h即有所恢复。对照组在术后 72 h才恢复。结论 :围术期急性等容血液稀释对尽快恢复红细胞的免疫功能有帮助更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of autologous blood transfusion on erythrocyte immunity function during perioperative period in cancer patients Methods: 120 ASA Ⅰ Ⅱ patients (75 male, 45 female), aged (53 7±12 6) yr, weighing (56 3±13 2) kg undergoing radical rectal, colon or esophageal breast thyroid gland and stomach cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups: group I receiving autologous blood transfusion and group II receiving gelofusione transfusion Venous blood samples were taken before anesthesia and post anesthesia, during operations, postoperatively 24 h, 48 h and 72 h for determination of C3BRR, ICR, FER, FIR by Guo Feng’s method Results: Both groups had inhibitory effects on patient’s erythrocyte immunity function after anesthesia In the group receiving autologous blood transfusion group the erythrocyte immune function was recovering within 24 hours postoperatively However the group receiving gelofusione transfusion recovered with in 72 hours postoperatively Conclusion: During perioperation, it is helpful to receive autologous blood transfusion for rapid recovery of erythrocyte immunity function更多还原
