混凝土使用寿命预测方法的研究I——理论模型
STUDY ON PREDICTION OF CONCRETE SERVICE LIFE I-THEORETICAL MODEL
【摘要】 基于Fick第二扩散定律,推导出综合考虑混凝土的氯离子结合能力、氯离子扩散系数的时间依赖性和混凝土结构微缺陷影响的新扩散方程: 建立了考虑多种因素作用下的混凝土氯离子扩散理论模型。该模型解决了长期以来Fick扩散理论在混凝土中的适应性问题,并与Clear经验模型完全相符。用本理论模型预测混凝土结构在海洋环境中的使用寿命比用Maage模型更加合理。
【Abstract】 A new multi - component diffusion equation is formulated based on Fick’ s second law of diffusion and a theoretical model of chloride ion diffusion in concrete is proposed. Influencing factors of chloride binding capacity, time-dependence of chloride diffusion and micro-defects of concrete are taken into consideration. The results from the present model are in good agreement with those of Clear’s experiential model. It is believed that the life expectancy of a concrete structure exposed to marine environment based on the present model would be more reasonable than that based on Maage’s model.
