【Abstract】 Operation Quality Appraising System is a modern means of lightening the labor strength of operation personnel and realizing the high efficient way of quality appraising. After the weather forecast of town is included into the everyday operation check items, Guigang Weather Bureau developed a ’Message Automatic Disposal and Grading System for Town Weather Forecast’ which is based on WINDOWS platform, providing an automatic means for assessing forecast quality and the operation management.
