【Abstract】 In the transitional period,tertiary colleges should make great efforts to develop the results in students’ education and management.Only by doing so,is i t possible for the colleges to take up challenges and advance on the crest of victory ,thus achieving new successes in the work.Developing the results in students’ education and management should include:developing self -discipline results from the re sults of being disciplined by outsid e force in ideology and behaviour;developing the results of multidimensional space from the r esults of the one-dimensional angle in cognition;deveoloping the resul ts of the whole monitoring from the results of the partial shock in management;developi ng the results of comprehensive qualities from the re-sults of moral quality.更多还原
