甘蔗和烟草幼叶原生质体分离前后的膜透性与脯氨酸含量的变化

【摘要】 甘蔗和烟草等幼叶经细胞壁降解酶水解细胞壁所获新鲜的原生质体的电解质外渗率和脯氨酸含量均有所提高,其中以野生蔗斑茅原生质体电解质外渗率最高,甘蔗原生质体的次之,烟草原生质体的最少;甘蔗原生质体的脯氨酸增量最高,斑茅原生质体的次之,烟草原生质体的最低。表明烟草原生质体受损程度低于甘蔗和斑茅等原生质体。

【Abstract】 As compared with the tissue of young leaf,the leakages of electrolytes and the content of proline in freshly isolated protoplasts from sugarcane(Saccharum officinarum L.),reedlike sweetcane(S.arundinaceum Retz)and tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum L.)young leaves by using cell wall degrading enzymes were all increased.The level of leakages of electrolytes and the content of proline were markedly greater in sugarcane and readlike sweetcane leaves protoplasts than in tobacco one.The above results showed that membrane damage of leaf protoplasts of sugarcane and reedlike sweetcane was markedly greater than those of tobacco.In other words,the leaf protoplasts of tobacco is more resistant to the harmful effect of cell wall degrading enzyme mixture than that of sugarcane and reedlike sweetcane.
