【摘要】 选用己醇部分封端制备得到稳定性很好的带游离 -NCO根聚氨酯预聚体乳液 ,采用透射电镜、红外光谱仪、电子拉力机和示差扫描量热法等对乳液及乳胶膜进行了研究。结果表明 ,合成带游离 -NCO根PU预聚体乳液 ,可以有效利用游离 -NCO根与水分子的反应进行自交联 ,得到的PU乳液及其胶膜性能良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the anionic polyurethane emulsions with nhexyl alcoholterminated partial free -NCO group were studied. These emulsions and emulsion cast films have been characterized in terms of morphology and size of particles, water swell, mechanical properties by TEM, IR, DSC, tensile testing machine, etal. The results showed that optimum combination properties of PU emulsion were obtained with appropriate amount of free -NCO group.更多还原
