H22Ⅲ 氮氢气压缩机高效气阀研究与应用

【摘要】 针对H22 氮氢气压缩机原气阀存在的经济性及可靠性较差的问题,采用新型带缓冲片网状阀,并从其气流通道、运动规律及可靠性等方面进行研究,采取相应措施,使这种气阀具有良好的经济性及可靠性.新型气阀试验成功后,在全国相关中型氮肥生产企业得到大面积推广.与传统H22 氮氢气压缩机气阀相比,这种压缩机气阀的寿命得到大幅度提高,同时压缩机的容积流量也能提高6%以上.

【Abstract】 Because of the poor economy and reliability of the traditional valves in H22Ⅲ type N2/H2 Reciprocating Compressors, the new plate valves with damping plates are adopted. In order to obtain the valves with high economy and reliability, their flow passages,motion performance and reliability are studied, and appropriate measures are taken. After the successful tests of the new valves, they are extensively used in many middlesized nitrogenous fertilizer plants in China. Compared with the traditional valves in H22Ⅲ type N2/H2 Compressors , the service life of the compressor valves is prolonged remarkably, and the valid volumetric flow rate of the compressor is enlarged by 6% and more.
