【摘要】 应用数理统计学的有关内容对CCD输出信号中的随机噪声进行了相关分析。引入了“噪声等效调制度”这一概念 ,利用计算机模拟技术对摄像机成像时所产生的随机噪声进行了模拟与计算。通过计算机模拟 ,推导出了噪声等效调制度与CCD摄像机系统信噪比之间的关系。将信噪比对CCD摄像机成像质量的影响予以量化 ,并对摄像机的输出调制度阈值进行了分析与计算更多还原

【Abstract】 Random noise in CCD’s output response is analyzed using mathematical statistical method. Moreover, the concept called "noise equivalent modulation" is presented as the base of discussing the MTF threshold of CCD camera. The noise equivalent modulation caused by random noise is simulated using computer. In this way, the relation between noise equivalent modulation and SNR (Signal Noise Ratio) of CCD camera system is attained, and the effect of SNR on image quality of CCD camera can be described quantificationally. Furthermore, the threshold of CCD camera’s output modulation is discussed.更多还原
