液-液相转移催化法合成N-芳氧基乙酰基-N′(2-氯苯甲酰基)肼
Synthesis of N-aryloxyacetyl-N’-(2-chlorobenroyl) hydrazine under the condition of liquid-liquid phase transfer catalysis
【摘要】 在液 液相转移催化条件下 ,以PEG 4 0 0为催化剂 ,通过芳氧基乙酰肼与 2 氯苯甲酰氯反应 ,合成了 10个尚未见文献报道的N 芳氧基乙酰基 N′ (2 氯苯甲酰基 )肼 .与经典方法相比 ,该法有操作简便 ,反应时间短 ,生产效率高等优点 .
【Abstract】 Under the condition of liquid-liquid phase transfer catalysis ,using PEG-400 as the catalyst, ten new N-aryloxyacety1-N’-(2-chlorobenzoy1) hydrazine have been synthesized by the reaction of aryloxyacetic acid chydrazide with 2-chlorobenzoy1 chloride.compared with classical methods,this one has the advantages of simple operation,short reaction times and high yield.
