锆基催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸异辛酯(DOP)的非等温反应动力学研究
Study on the Kinetics of Synthesis of Diisooctyl Phthalate with Zirconium Base Catalyst Under Non-isothermal Condition
【摘要】 利用锆基催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸异辛醇酯 ,确定了反应条件。同时根据非等温变体积条件下的动态法液 -固相反应的特点 ,导出了反应速率方程。计算结果表明 ,邻苯二甲酸异辛醇酯合成反应服从二级动力学模型 ,表观活化能为 181.0 6 k J/ mol,频率因子为 2 .4 2 98× 10 30 L· m ol- 1 · min- 1 ,反应服从二级动力学模型
【Abstract】 Diisooctyl Phthalate has been synthesized with zirconium base catalyst, and the suitable conditions of reaction have been determined. According to the catalytic characteristic of dynamic method, the equation of reaction rate has be deduced under the non isothermal and volume varying condition. By kinetic calculation, it is proved that the synthetic reaction is consistent with the secondary dynamic model, the activation energy is 181.06 kJ/mol,and the frequency factor is 2.4298×10 30 L·mol -1 ·min -1 .
