Al2O3-3Y-8Ce-TZP复合陶瓷材料烧结工艺研究
Pressureless Sintering of Al2O3-3Y-8Ce-TZP Ceramic
【摘要】 研究了无压烧结工艺参数 (温度及时间 )对Al2 O3 3Y 8Ce TZP复合陶瓷材料强韧性的影响。结果表明 :该材料经 14 5 0℃保温 4h的最终烧结 ,其三点弯曲强度σ3b、断裂韧性K1c均达到最大值 ;并提出了较佳的无压烧结工艺
【Abstract】 The influences of sintering parameters such as temperature and hold time on the mechanical properties of Al 2O 3 3Y 8Ce TZP ceramic fabricated by pressureless sintering are analysed in this paper. The results show that both of the flexure strength ( σ 3b ) and fracture toughness ( K 1c ) of as sintered Al 2O 3 3Y 8Ce TZP ceramic are preferential when the sintering temperature and hold time are 1450℃ and 4h, respectively. Therefore, a preferential pressureless sintering method of Al 2O 3 3Y 8Ce TZP ceramic is proposed.
