【摘要】 目的:比较心先安与氨力农治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:将78例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分成心先安组（n=39）和氨力农组（n=39）。心先安组:心先安120mg加入5％葡萄糖250m1中,每日一次静脉滴注,连续7日;氨力农组:氨力农5～10μg·kg^-1·min^-1静脉滴注6h,每日1次,共7日。结果:两组患者心功能改善有效率分别为89.7％和87.1％,组间比较无显著差异（P=0.05）。结论:心先安是一种安全有效、无明显毒副作用的强心扩血管药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the effects of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate (MAC) with amrinone on cardiac function of patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods: Seventy-eight patients with CHF were allocated randomly into two groups. Patients in group MAC received MAC 120mg + 5 % glucose 250ml, iv gtt qd, for 7days. Patients in group amrinone received amrinone 5-10ug·kg-1·min-1 gtt within 6h, iv gtt qd, for 7days. Result: Patients of two groups acquired improvement in cardiac function after treatment, the rates of effectiveness were 89.7 % and 87 % respectively, while the difference in the two groups was not significant (P = 0.05). Conclusion: MAC is an effective and safe vasodilator, which can improve the cardiac function without severe ill effect.更多还原
