过氧化氢与氯化钙对香蕉幼苗抗寒性的影响
Effects of H2O2 and CaCl2 on Cold-Resistance Abilities in Banana Plantlets
【摘要】 在人工气候箱中模拟寒潮对香蕉幼苗造成低温冷害 ,用H2 O2 和CaCl2 单独或混合喷洒香蕉植株 ,试验表明可以提高冷胁迫期间香蕉叶片POD活性 ,降低电导率 ,增加可溶性糖含量 ,减缓叶绿素分解 ,减轻冷伤害程度 .H2 O2 和CaCl2 混合处理的效果要优于单独处理 ,二者对提高香蕉的抗寒性有协同作用 .
【Abstract】 The plantlets of banana ( Musa acuminate(AAA group )′Dwraf Cavendish′) suffered from low temperature stress caused by the artificial lowering of temperature in the phytotron. Activities of peroxidase and contents of soluble sugars and chlorophylls were raised ,and relative electric leakage of cytoplasmic membranes were reduced in banana plantlets leaves by spraying with single or mixed H 2O 2 and CaCl 2. The results also showed that the mixed application had better effects than that of the single, H 2O 2 and CaCl 2 had a synergism on these aspects.
