微富集柱-FAAS联用测定Ca2+的影响因素分析
Studies of Influential Factors in Determination of Ca 2+ by Combination of FAAS with Micro-column Enrichment
【摘要】 本文就自制的微型富集柱与原子吸收光谱法联用测定Ca2 + 的各种影响因素进行研究。将痕量的Ca2 + 吸附富集 ,再瞬间溶出直接进入原子吸收进行测定 ,极大的提高了测试灵敏度和降低了检出限 ,可使测定Ca2 + 的特征浓度降低到 1/ 16 3,达 2个数量级 ,若再增加溶液体积可进一步提高灵敏度 ,这是一般的化学方法难以达到的。
【Abstract】 It have been studied that the influential factors in determination of calcium by combination of FAAS with micro cell preconcentration. In order to the preconcentration, the ions can be adsorbed by the self made electrochemical preconcentration micro cell. Then the adsorbed ions instantly return into solution which is small in size and directly into FAAS. This method can greatly improve determination sensitiveness. The characteristic concentration and detection limit for the determination of Ca 2+ can be improved with 1-2 order of magnitude, the characteristic concentration about 163 times. The results are satisfactory.
