采用动态再结晶临界应变估算静态再结晶动力学方程
A METHOD TO ESTIMATE STATIC RECRYSTALLIZATON KINETICS USING DYNAMIC RECRYSTALLIZATON CRITICAL STRAIN
【摘要】 提出了一种新的概念 ,将钢材热变形过程中的动态行为和变形后的静态再结晶现象联系起来 ,由经典的动态再结晶临界应变值 ,推导出静态再结晶率达到 5 0 %的时间值 ,进而确立了静态再结晶动力学模型。该模型的计算结果与试验结果一致 ,证明采用这种方法是可行的
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new idea, which links the dynamic behavior during deformation with the static phenomenon after deformation, to calculate the time of half recrystallized volume using dynamic recrystallizaon critical strain and derives the static recrystallizaon kinetics model. The results calculated by the model are reasonable agreement with the experiment This shows the method is feasible.
