【Abstract】 As the methodology of dating is unceasingly improving and the isotopic chronologic data are becoming more and more complicated, database management technique should be introduced into geochronology. A geochronologic database system on the basis of Visual FoxPro has been founded in China in which the pre-Cambrian U-Pb , Sm-Nd , Rb-Sr isotopic chronologic dates are used .
