复合材料燃烧室均布侧压下稳定性分析
Stability analysis of composite material chamber under uniformly distributed lateral pressure
【摘要】 利用结构分析软件ANSYS ,采用非线性屈曲理论 ,对某固体火箭发动机的纤维复合材料壳体燃烧室在均布侧压作用下的稳定性进行了分析 ,考虑了不同药柱模量对屈曲载荷的影响 ,并与不计药柱时壳体承压能力作了比较。计算结果给出了燃烧室承受侧压能力的初步估计 ,同时表明 ,药柱模量的变化对燃烧室临界载荷有很大的影响 ,其承侧压能力随药柱模量的增大而增加。
【Abstract】 Based on the nonlinear buckling theory, the stability of a composite material chamber under uniformly distributed lateral pressure is analyzed by means of the general finite element software ANSYS. The effects of the propellant grain modulus on the buckling load are taken into account and the pressure-bearing ability of the chamber is compared with that of the chamber without grain .The calculation result gives a fundamental assessment to the stability of the chamber,and shows that the grain modulus has a strongly influence on the critical load of chamber,and the pressure-bearing ability augments remarkably along with the increase of the grain modulus.
