地下式热带卷取机夹送辊结构参数的研究
STUDY ON WITHDRAWAL ROLL STRUCTURE PARAMETER OF UNDERGROUND HOT STRIP REEL
【摘要】 目前广泛应用于热轧带钢车间的三辊地下式热带卷取机主要依赖国外进口 ,或引进国外技术在国内配套制造 ,对其设计机理尚未进行深入研究。结合国家攻关项目要求对夹送辊的直径选取方法进行了探讨 ,利用弹塑性弯曲变形的相关理论 ,给出了相应的计算公式。结果表明 ,所述方法与实际吻合 ,为今后卷取机的国产化提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Most of the underground hot strip reels, which are widely used in hot strip work, are importation or are made with introduced technique from overseas. The study on the design principle of hot strip reels is not deep-going. The selecting method for the diameter of withdrawal roll was discussed combining with the request of the national tackle key item. The calculation formulas of the diameters are provided in virtue of the elastic and plastic bending deformation theory. The calculated result turns out according with the practical evidence.
