锂云母微晶玻璃中的晶相与显微结构演变
Crystallites and Microstructure Development of Lepidolite Based Glass-Ceramics
【摘要】 采用DTA ,XRD ,SEM ,TEM研究了MgO Al2 O3 SiO2 Li2 O R2 O F(R =Na,K)玻璃系统晶化过程中的晶相与显微结构演变。结果表明 ,基础玻璃的分相自 6 5 0℃开始 ;70 0℃以下 ,初期云母相出现 ;75 0℃ β 锂辉石开始形成 ;85 0~ 95 0℃之间 ,随着Mg2 + ,K+ ,F-的扩散进入 ,β 锂辉石与玻璃相产生交代反应 ,以过渡相形式转变成云母类固溶体 ;在 95 0℃以上 ;β 锂辉石不断转化为锂云母固溶体 ,云母晶体尺寸长大明显
【Abstract】 In this paper,the crystallites and microstructure development in glass system of MgO-Al 2O 3-SiO 2-Li 2O-R 2O-F(R=Na,K)during crystallization process were studied by means of DTA,XRD,SEM,TEM.The results show that phase separation of as-prepared glass begins at 650℃;the initial mica crystalline phase precipitates at 700℃ and β-spondumene emerges at 750℃.Accompanied by diffusion of Mg 2+,K +,F -,the reaction between β-spondumene and glass matrix by metasomatism occurs and transforms from transition phase into mica solid solution in the range of 850℃ to 950℃.Above 950℃,the reaction continues.As a result,the flake diameter and aspect ratio of mica increase remarkably.
