低温烧成纯铝酸钙水泥的机理研究
Study on the Burned Calcium Aluminate Cements at Low Temperature
【摘要】 在常压条件下水热合成水化铝酸钙 ,然后经过低温烧成制备了纯铝酸钙水泥。通过力学性能的测试 ,并采用XRD ,DTA等分析方法 ,探讨了低温烧成纯铝酸钙水泥的机理。研究结果表明 :采用水热合成处理方法制备纯铝酸钙水泥 ,烧成温度低 (12 5 0℃ ) ,制得熟料活性好、强度高 ,是替代传统烧结法制备纯铝酸钙水泥的新方法
【Abstract】 The hydrated calcium aluminate was synthesized by hydrothermal treatment at normal pressure,and then it was burned at low temperature to prepare calcium aluminate cements(CAC s).By XRD,DTA and the examination of the strength of CAC s,the mechanism of CACs burned at low temperatuere was also studied.It is indicated that the activity and strength of CACs pretreated by hydrothermal synthesis low temperature burning are higher than those of conventional sintered products,and the method of hydrothermal synthesis low temperature burning can be used instead of the conventional method to produce CACs.
