【Abstract】 Backwash is very important of for ensuring the successful performance of biological activated carbon (BAC) filter and an experimental study on the comparison of various backwash methods’ results was carried out.Based on the vaiation in tubidity of backwash effluent and the impact of backwash methods on filter effluent quality,the proper backwash medthod was determined and the related paameters such as back wash strength and period were recommended,so as to offer reference for the design and operation of BAC filter.更多还原
