【摘要】 系统地总结了藏系绵羊在表型和地域、染色体核型和带型、生化同功酶、线粒体DNA和基因组DNA的RAPD分析等不同层次的遗传多样性研究的概况,说明了藏系绵羊的遗传多样性研究目前仍处于比较低的水平上,因此有必要对藏系绵羊的遗传多样性进行更深入的研究,尤其加强DNA分子水平上的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The studies on the genetic diversity of the phenotypes and its distributions, chromosomal patterns and bands, isoenzymes, mtDNAs and genomic DNAs of Tibetan sheep are systematically reviewed. The result shows that the studies are so preliminary that the Tibet sheep抯 origin and differention is difficulty to discuss. So it is necessary to improve the researches of Tibet sheep by different methods, especially on the DNA抯 level.更多还原
