瘤胃发酵调控研究进展
Progress on the ruminant fermentation regulation
【摘要】 综述了瘤胃发酵调控的饲料法、添加剂法和生物技术法的研究进展,特别是以瘤胃微生物的修饰、重组和再导入为手段的生物技术的应用,对从分子水平上认识发酵机理,提高发酵效率,改善营养健康有重要意义。由于微生物功能群的变化导致发酵形式的改变和对植物毒素降解能力的提高,不仅可大幅度提高对劣质饲料的消化率,而巨也将导致饲料利用方式和对草地利用评价的改变,从而进一步影响到动物与环境的关系。
【Abstract】 The author introduced the ways to improve the fermentation effectives, including feedstuffs, additives and biotechics. Nowadays, the use and management of both natural and recombinant rumen microorganisms (including modification, defined genotype introduction and recombinant) is one of the most important way to improve the efficiency of ruminant production. Meanwhile, as the microorganism system of ruminant has been changed, the feeding customs and the relationship with environment also become different. And this will influence the grassland evaluation as well.
