镜检法与干化学法检查尿红、白细胞的临床观察

【摘要】 为评价镜检法与干化学法检测尿红、白细胞的结果,收集1740份新鲜尿液标本,同时用镜检法和干化学法进行红、白细胞检测.其结果以镜检法为标准评价干化学法,红细胞漏诊率26.8%,误诊率32.3%;白细胞漏诊率29.2%,误诊率17.4%.证明了尿沉渣显微镜检查是排除干化学法假阳性、假阴性的结果提高尿液分析质量的重要保证.

【Abstract】 Erythrocyte and leukocyte in colleted 1 740 urine samples were examined with microscopy and dry chemistry method. Microscopy method was established as a standard to evaluate dry chemistry method. In erythrocyte test, the miss-diagnostic rate was 26. 8% and the fail-diagnostic rate was 32. 3%; As for leukocyte test, the miss-diagnostic rate was 29. 2% and the fail-diagnostic rate was 17. 4%. It is conclued that microscopy urine sediment test is an important assurance for enhancing urinalysis quality and eliminating fake negative and positive.
