磁流体密封压力与结构参数的确定
STUDY ON MAGNETIC FLUID SEALING PRESSURE AND STRUCTURE PARAMETER
【摘要】 磁流体密封压力主要由间隙的磁通密度决定 ,结构参数对密封压力也有影响 .介绍了旋转密封结构按二维空间简化 ,并忽略足够远处的磁感应影响 ,导出密封压力公式 .通过实验 ,求出磁流体密封主要结构参数的选取范围 :磁隙 lg=0 .1~0 .3mm,磁极角 α=30°~ 4 5°,磁极宽 w=0 .4~ 1 mm,磁极高 h=1~ 2 .5mm.永磁体、导磁体的性能、体积和形状一定时 ,磁流体密封的结构参数在此范围选取可提高密封装置的密封压力
【Abstract】 The magnetic fluid sealing pressure is mainly related to the magnetic flux density of the magnetic gap, and also related to the structure. This paper introduces how to derivate the sealing pressure formulas by simplifying the structure as a two\|dimension one and deleting the effect of distant magnetic flux density. By experiment we got the structure parameters: magnetic gap l\-g =0.1~0.3 mm, magnetic polar angle α =30°~45°, magnetic polar width w =0.4~ 1 0 mm , magnetic polar height h =1 0~2.5 mm. In order to increase the sealing pressure the structure parameters should be limited in this region after determining the properties of the permanent magnets.
