电弧喷涂自适应控制系统研究
INVESTIGATION OF ADAPTIVE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ARC SPRAYING
【摘要】 研究建立了微机控制电弧喷涂系统模型 ,为实现最优控制提供了理论依据。设计了弧压反馈控制器和电流反馈控制器 ,增加了 PC机采集喷涂过程参数并同单片机串行通讯 ,实现 PC机在线修改 PID调节器参数。采用遗传算法对 PID调节器控制参数进行寻优 ,实现了电弧喷涂过程自适应控制 ,获得了满意的喷涂效果
【Abstract】 The single chip computer controlling arc-spraying system is studiced and its model is established. This provides a theoretical basis for optimal control. Arc voltage and current feedback controllers are also developed. A PC used for sampling spraying process parameters communicates with single chip computers in series and obtains on-line modifying PID controller’s parameters. Using genetic algorithm to optimize PID controller’s parameters has realized the adaptive arc-spraying process control and achieved satisfactory spraying results.
