野生平邑甜茶变异性研究

【摘要】 调查了野生于蒙山的平邑甜茶的分布及其变异性,结果表明:平邑甜茶的分布环境多样,但各种生境下的平邑甜茶单株间的植物学性状无显著差异。根据叶片面积,平邑甜茶可分为大叶型和小叶型两种。小叶型平邑甜茶的过氧化物酶同工酶比大叶型多了Rf=0.26、0.33和0.37的3条带,但少了Rf=0.57的一条带。在同一分布地点内的平邑甜茶的POD同工酶酶谱表现一致。

【Abstract】 Investigation of the distribution of PingyitianchaMalus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehd in the Mengshan area,Shan-dong province revealed that it grows in different environmental conditions,however,there was little difference in botanic traits among the plants.According to the leaf characters it can be divided into two types:large leaf type and small leaf type.The POD isozyme in leaves of small leaf type has three more bands(Rf=0.26,0.33,and0.37)than that of the larger leaf type,while one band(Rf=0.57)less than that of the larger leaf type.In the same distribution region,phenotypes of POD isozyme have no dif-ference.
