胶接接头的耐久性及其无损评价

【摘要】 分析了影响胶接接头耐久性的几个重要因素,并指出水对接头的弱化是影响其耐久性的最主要因素.同时,通过对几种超声法及振动法检测胶接接头耐久性的研究结果的对比看出,对于胶接接头耐久性的可靠评价必须建立在进一步研究退化机理及精确模型和探索对接头退化敏感的超声方法基础上.

【Abstract】 Some important factors affecting the durability of adhesivelybonded joints are analyzed and it is further pointed out that the weakening of joints due to water is the most important factor for the deterioration of joints. It is found, meantime, by means of comparing several investigative results of the durability of adhesive joints with the methods of both the ultrasonic and vibration tests that the reliable evaluation of durability of adhesive joints is to be founded on the basis of further investigation of the degradation mechanism and accurate model as well as on the basis of probing the method of ultrasonic which is sensitive to the degradation of joints.
