同位素物料流量仪的研制
Development of isotopic material flow meter
【摘要】 介绍一种以AT89C52单片机为核心的同位素物料流量仪的软硬件设计.该系统根据射线穿过物料后强度衰减的原理,对皮带输送机上的物料进行在线非接触动态计量和控制.通过RS232串行通讯接口与上位机交换数据,数据处理采用查表和线性插值相结合的方法计算常用对数.分段线性插值方法校正流量的非线性.研制的仪表具有参数设置、模拟运行、打印、联网及模拟信号输出等功能.
【Abstract】 A software and hardware design of isotopic material flow meter with a monolithic computer AT89C52 as its kernel is introduced. According to the principle that the radiate intensity attenuates when the radiation passes through materials, the developed system is able to meter and control the material flow on the conveyor online and without contact. It exchanges data with host computer through the serial communication interface RS232. Table lookup and linear interpolation method is used for calculating common logarithm and stepwise linear interpolation method is used for correcting flow nonlinearity.
