【Abstract】 The formulation of a kind of phosphating solution containing low concentration of zinc ion at room temperature and the mechanism of its film formation on the surface of low carbon steel are introduced. The roles and the amount of the components of phosphating solution as well as the influence of technical parameters on the phosphating coating are discussed. It is shown that the phosphating solution is stable and has such characteristics as being easily prepared, low cost, less sludge and higher film formation rate. The phosphating coating formed with this solution has good corrosion resistance.更多还原
