电液比例径向柱塞泵负载敏感变量控制特性的仿真
Simulation of control characteristics of load-sensitive variable discharges of electro-hydraulic proportional radial piston pump
【摘要】 分析了电液比例控制负载敏感变量径向柱塞泵的工作原理 ,利用功率键合图建立了变量控制系统的数学方程式 ,以Matlab下的Simulink建立出系统各元件的仿真模型 .针对泵的变量实验结果得到的曲线 ,应用Simulink进行仿真 .通过对该系统的仿真 ,可以清楚地观察到泵的变量控制系统的工作过程和变化状态 ,为各种控制系统的设计提供了简单、方便、实用的计算机辅助设计方法 .
【Abstract】 The operation principle of electro hydraulic proportionally controlled radial piston pump with load sensitive variable discharges is analyzed, mathematical equation defining the variable discharge system is set up by using power bond bound graph, and the simulation models of each several system component are also developed by using the Simulink in Matlab. The dynamic characteristics are further simulated by using the Simulink and experimental curves of pump’s variable discharges. The operation process and state variation of pump system cab clearly be observed through this systems’s simulation, providing thus a simple, convenient, and practicable method for pump CAD.
